What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for several entities
- Prepare periodic financial reports, group consolidations, and analytical reports
- Review and submit VAT and other tax declarations
- Coordinate statutory compliance and transfer pricing documentation with local providers
- Work with external auditors, tax advisors, and accounting service providers
- Reconcile accounts and support improvements to processes and internal controls
What we're looking for
- 5–9 years of accounting experience, ideally in an international or multi-company environment
- Knowledge of accounting principles, VAT compliance, and group reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with transfer pricing or intercompany transactions
- Understanding of multicurrency accounting
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing company
- Other European languages
