International Growth Marketing Manager

Own regional digital growth strategy and execution to increase new-logo pipeline across EMEA and APJ. The role combines hands-on paid campaign management, regional ABM, localization, and pipeline reporting, working closely with global Marketing and regional Sales teams.

What you'll do

• Drive new-logo pipeline growth through regional digital and paid channels.
• Plan, execute, optimize, and report on SEM, paid social, and paid ABM campaigns.
• Translate Sales input into targeted digital ABM campaigns.
• Adapt global campaigns and create region-specific content and programs.
• Manage regional digital pipeline reporting, attribution, and ROI.
• Coordinate with EMEA and APJ Sales and SDR teams on account priorities and pipeline targets.
• Define regional channel mix, tools, and budget requests.
• Identify regional risks and improve media-spend efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years in digital or growth marketing focused on B2B SaaS, ABM, paid digital, and demand generation across EMEA and APJ.
• Track record owning digital pipeline growth end to end, including strategy, execution, budget, and reporting.
• Direct experience managing paid social, SEM, and ABM programs with attribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience with a CRM, marketing automation platform, and ABM or paid media tools.
• Experience localizing global campaigns and creating regional campaigns and content.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity across international markets.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with a hands-on, outcome-focused approach.
