What you'll do
- Provide first-line employee IT support through Slack and the ticketing system
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and software licenses
- Administer core SaaS applications
- Procure, configure, and track macOS devices and hardware inventory
- Support SOC 2 and GDPR compliance processes, access controls, and audits
- Improve IT tooling and support workflows, and document processes
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of IT support or systems administration experience
- Proficiency with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Apple device management
- Able to work independently and prioritize varied IT tasks
- Security-first mindset and understanding of access controls and audit trails
- Enjoys solving end-user problems; experience or interest in SOC 2 compliance
Nice to have
- Experience with Jamf
- Experience with Lumos, Drata, Rippling, 1Password, or Slack-based ticketing systems
