What you'll do
- Provision and manage employee Mac and Linux devices and endpoint security.
- Manage identity, SSO, Google Workspace, and access controls.
- Maintain Paris office AV, networking, physical infrastructure, and hardware inventory.
- Provide IT support and create self-service resources and documentation.
- Support security reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Automate recurring IT processes and evaluate tools as the company grows.
What we're looking for
- Experience managing macOS and Linux endpoints in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Working knowledge of MDM solutions, SSO, and identity management.
- Understanding of routing, VPNs, DNS, and office connectivity.
- Familiarity with access-control best practices in security-conscious environments.
- Clear documentation, proactive communication, and end-to-end ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools or deploying AI tools in a team or enterprise setting.
