What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows devices
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and system access
- Set up laptops and accounts for new employees
- Maintain office IT infrastructure and support office buildouts
- Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Create self-service support resources
- Automate IT workflows and routine administration
What we're looking for
- Experience administering macOS at scale and working with Windows environments
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MDM, identity and SSO, and video conferencing tools
- Hands-on experience with automation and improving IT processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
