What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows devices
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access
- Set up laptops and accounts for new employees
- Maintain office IT and video conferencing infrastructure
- Manage IT assets, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support office buildouts and workplace IT planning
- Create self-service knowledge-base resources
- Automate IT workflows and perform routine cloud-service administration
What we're looking for
- Experience administering macOS at scale and working with Windows environments
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MDM platforms, IdM/SSO solutions, and video conferencing tools
- Hands-on experience automating and streamlining IT processes
- Strong communication and user-support skills
- Organized and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
