What you'll do
- Derive labour rules from trading data using Sona’s tools and operational knowledge.
- Visit customer sites to understand day-to-day operations.
- Build trust with site managers and support adoption of workload models.
- Present impact and ROI to customer executives and general managers.
- Serve as the labour optimisation expert in sales conversations.
- Support projects across customer accounts as priorities change.
What we're looking for
- Operational experience in hospitality, retail, or another hourly-workforce business.
- Confident presenting to executives, general managers, and boards.
- Comfortable learning new technology and using AI tools in daily work.
- Able to investigate data and make decisions based on findings.
- Comfortable working without a fixed playbook.
Nice to have
- Retail or workforce-management experience.
- Commercial finance experience and credibility with operators.
