The team

Payward Services Business Operations, reporting to the Head of PWS Business Operations.

What you'll do

• Run planning, goal-setting, business reviews, leadership updates, and performance tracking
• Automate manual workflows using AI tools and integrations
• Build repeatable partner launch processes and reduce time to go-live
• Integrate new products and acquired businesses into the operating cadence
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or a similar role, including in-house experience at a payments, fintech, financial services, or crypto company
• Demonstrated ownership of processes from design through ongoing operation
• Experience with workflow automation using AI tools, scripts, or no-code tools
• Clear communication across business and technical audiences
• Strong data skills, attention to detail, and ability to create a roadmap independently

• Experience in payments, card programs, or crypto infrastructure
