What you'll do
- Embed with customers to map mortgage workflows and identify where the platform can deliver value.
- Own integrations from scoping and design through testing and launch.
- Write and ship code, including integrations, scripts, configurations, tools, and core product changes.
- Coordinate customer executives, technical teams, and internal product stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Track customer launch time, adoption, loan volume, and efficiency gains.
- Create reusable deployment playbooks and tools, and help grow the forward-deployed team.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in software roles such as forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical product management, or implementation consulting.
- Track record leading complex enterprise projects from scoping through launch with measurable results.
- Able to code in production systems and work with APIs, data, and SQL.
- Experience translating complex business workflows into clear product requirements.
- Experience building or deploying 0-to-1 enterprise software in a regulated industry.
- Strong customer communication, prioritization, and project leadership skills.
- Willing to travel regularly and live in or relocate to New York City or Palo Alto.

- Mortgage, lending, or fintech experience.
- Experience with mortgage systems such as loan origination systems.
