What you'll do
- Set product vision, strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes for an EOR sub-domain.
- Map customer journeys, operational workflows, policy constraints, data flows, and exceptions across the EOR lifecycle.
- Lead customer and operational discovery to identify root problems and evaluate product, process, policy, and operational solutions.
- Create outcome-based roadmaps with clear decisions, learning plans, and success measures.
- Work with Operations and AI Engineers to improve scalability, exception handling, service quality, and cost-to-serve.
- Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery, using prototypes and technical insight to reduce risk.
- Align senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market.
- Strengthen product practices for discovery, decision quality, and outcome ownership.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a complex product area.
- 3+ years in HR tech, payroll, benefits, hiring, compliance, or another regulated or operationally complex B2B domain.
- Strong systems thinking across policy, operations, data, technology, exceptions, and edge cases.
- Evidence of first-principles problem-solving and choosing among product, process, policy, and operational interventions.
- Able to make significant decisions under ambiguity, communicate trade-offs, and explain what was deprioritized.
- Deep customer discovery experience that has materially changed problem definitions or planned solutions.
- Able to influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively with Operations, Engineering, and Design.
- Executive communication skills and measurable impact evidence, including baselines and attribution.
Nice to have
- Experience in EOR, payroll, HR technology, benefits, compliance, fintech, healthcare, logistics, or a similarly complex domain.
- Experience scaling products or workflows across countries, customers, teams, or markets.
- Hands-on AI prototyping or experience shipping responsible AI- or automation-enabled products.
- Experience working in fully distributed, multicultural teams.
Benefits
- Fully remote work, subject to work authorization and the role’s time-zone range.
- 40 days of paid time off per year, including holidays and vacation, or more where locally required.
- Mental health support through Plumm.
- Monthly wellbeing allowance.
- At least three months of paid parental leave, with job protection for up to 12 months or as required locally.
- Laptop and home-office equipment stipend.
