Gather and prioritize customer needs, represent the customer internally, and present products to clients, prospects, and regulators.

About the company

CertiK is a blockchain security firm that audits smart contracts and provides Web3 security, compliance, and monitoring services.

What you'll do

  • Conduct discovery with clients and prospects, directly and with solutions consultants.
  • Build a practitioner panel for structured interviews with compliance, risk, and operations professionals.
  • Translate customer findings into documented, prioritized product decisions and defend priorities to leadership.
  • Present products in demos, workshops, and tender presentations.
  • Join business development and consultant visits, with regular U.S. travel and occasional international travel.
  • Own roadmap discussions with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering.

What we're looking for

  • 5–8 years of B2B product management experience, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance, or regulated finance.
  • Domain experience in financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance.
  • Experience leading full product cycles from discovery through launch in a regulated or enterprise domain.
  • Native or fully proficient English and strong presentation skills for senior compliance, risk, and regulatory audiences.
  • Demonstrated prioritization skills and a record of turning customer input into shipped features.
  • Technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback.
  • Experience directing discovery through consultants as well as conducting it firsthand.
  • Able to travel regularly within the U.S. and internationally as required; role must be performed outside the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform.
  • Familiarity with FATF, the Travel Rule, sanctions, MiCA, or U.S., UK, and EU digital asset regulation.
  • Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders.
