What you'll do
- Own MCP and AI ecosystem strategy and define how these capabilities serve Lattice and its customers
- Ship MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors
- Build scalable foundations for authentication, agentic execution, and evaluations
- Partner with Engineering on MCP tool design and integration infrastructure
- Coordinate integration launches with Partnerships and Product Marketing
- Own outcomes for adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem products built end-to-end
- Experience building technical integrations in a multi-party ecosystem
- Fluency with integration patterns, data sync, field mapping, webhooks, and OAuth
- Track record shipping scalable, reliable integrations and partner launches
- Strong communication, strategic judgment, and ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling
- Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS or sensitive HR and people-data workflows
