What you'll do

  • Own SOP, knowledge base, and eLearning projects end to end
  • Author and maintain formal SOPs
  • Write and update knowledge base articles
  • Design and build eLearning modules in Articulate 360
  • Translate regulatory source material into clear procedures
  • Keep existing content current
  • Manage authoring pipeline and navigate ambiguity
  • Lead review and sign-off cycles

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years writing SOPs and eLearning in a regulated environment
  • Hands-on proficiency with Articulate 360 or equivalent tools
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Comfort with regulatory source materials
  • Ability to work from informal inputs
  • Experience in fraud operations, disputes, or risk review
  • Self-directed working style
  • Track record of owning projects from start to finish

Nice to have
