What you'll do
- Maintain and improve onboarding for new Product Support team members
- Identify training needs, develop continuing-education curricula, and measure effectiveness
- Partner on enablement for product releases
- Co-own the internal knowledge management strategy
- Build feedback loops to identify where the team needs additional training or support
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in learning and development, enablement, support operations, or a similar technology role
- Use metrics and insights to improve programs and measure training effectiveness
- Communicate complex technical concepts through engaging learning experiences
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Support
- Strong program management skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for AI technology and helping others build expertise
Nice to have
- Instructional design or adult learning experience
- Experience scaling onboarding or learning and development programs
- Experience supporting customer-facing teams
