What you'll do

What we're looking for
- 5–8 years of relevant legal experience.
- Qualification as a solicitor or lawyer in Ireland or another relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong experience drafting commercial technology agreements.
- Experience directly supporting Sales teams.
- Understanding of SaaS and software transactions.
- Excellent commercial judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations.
- Strong communication skills.
