About this role
Support Medicare patients remotely as a healthcare advocate, using your LPN/LVN experience to help them navigate care coordination and healthcare-system challenges. The role is non-clinical: advocates do not provide direct patient care or medical advice, and may choose their patient load and schedule.
About the company
Solace Health pairs patients with expert healthcare advocates and tools that help them navigate insurance, care decisions, and the complexity of the U.S. healthcare system.
