What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional accounting integration strategy and execution
- Partner with Corporate Development, Tax, Corporate Legal, Finance & Strategy
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of unintegrated subsidiaries
- Shape the financial close and reporting programs
- Manage finance integration workstreams end-to-end
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience
- Relevant M&A integration experience
- B.A. or B.S degree in Accounting or Finance
- Fluency in U.S. GAAP
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to have
- CPA or similar qualification
- Experience at a public company
- Payments or Tech industry experience
