What you'll do
- Develop ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations for real-world customer service problems
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to build efficient AI solutions
- Explore and share advances in AI/ML technologies
What we're looking for
- Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience, PhD, or equivalent industry experience in a related technical field
- Hands-on LLM experience, including pretraining, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation
- Experience building agentic AI systems with orchestration, tool use, planning, memory, or autonomous reasoning
- Experience shipping production-grade ML/AI systems at scale, including model serving and MLOps
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
