What you'll do
- Build send-time and frequency optimization, recommendation, and personalization capabilities
- Manage the model lifecycle, from exploratory analysis and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model-serving architectures
- Partner with backend and platform engineers on feature serving and data architecture
- Run online experiments, including A/B tests and multi-armed bandits
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of machine learning engineering experience deploying production models
- Experience building and optimizing production data pipelines with Databricks and Spark
- Experience training, evaluating, optimizing, and serving ML or deep learning models
- Proficiency in Python and/or Scala, with a focus on tested, maintainable code
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, distributed compute, and microservices
- Prioritize customer impact, latency, and reliability alongside model performance
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale recommendation or personalization systems
- Familiarity with feature stores such as Feast or Tecton, or ML observability tools such as Evidently or Arize
- Experience with Terraform or Pulumi and CI/CD
