What you'll do
- Build agent planning, orchestration, routing, and tool-selection systems
- Develop memory and user-controlled action capabilities for agents
- Build search and ranking models across users’ emails, messages, and documents
- Create proactive suggestion systems
- Design evaluations and improve model quality, latency, and operating cost
What we're looking for
- MS or PhD in Computer Science
- 5+ years of industry experience as a machine learning engineer or applied research scientist
- Strong knowledge of modern machine learning, NLP, and LLM approaches
- Experience building LLM-based products
- Strong user focus and commitment to product quality
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment
