The team
Applied AI organization’s dedicated Security team.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop the first Applied AI Architects on the Security team.
- Prioritize customer segments, account coverage, and team capacity.
- Partner with security account executives on account plans, pipeline reviews, and enterprise deals.
- Guide customer discovery, evaluations, proofs of concept, and adoption of ongoing security workloads.
- Coordinate with security ISVs, systems integrators, managed security providers, and internal engineering, legal, and trust teams.
- Create security playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches.
- Manage strategic security accounts, including CISO briefings and engineer workshops.
What we're looking for
- 12+ years of industry experience, including at least 4 years managing customer-facing technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and deliver results through a team.
- Hands-on security expertise in application security, detection and response, offensive security, or vulnerability management.
- Experience using LLMs for security work and understanding their strengths and limitations.
- Experience managing large enterprise security deals and customer security reviews in partnership with Sales.
- Ability to communicate security risks and value to both CISOs and practitioners.
