What you'll do

- Own service-level performance and report to leadership
- Handle escalated client issues and complicated disputes
- Manage relationships with insurance carriers

- Provide regular coaching and performance feedback
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of commercial lines service experience
- 1–2+ years of experience leading or supervising a service team
- Deep knowledge of Workers' Compensation
- Experience working with carrier portals
- Fluency in AI and automation tools
- Understanding of compliance requirements for licensed staff
- Active Property & Casualty producer license or willingness to obtain
