What you'll do
- Coach and develop Commercial Account Executives selling to companies with fewer than 250 employees.
- Own team attainment, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Join customer conversations and help reps navigate technical and commercial deal complexity.
- Hire technically credible, commercially driven account executives.
- Build repeatable playbooks for technical discovery, objection handling, and deal progression.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
- Use pipeline patterns and win/loss insights to improve performance and inform GTM decisions.
- Contribute to segmentation, coverage, and Commercial strategy.
What we're looking for
- Successful quota-carrying AE experience selling technical products to engineering buyers.
- Experience leading or mentoring sellers and coaching for development.
- Credibility with technical buyers and familiarity with the modern data stack and architecture.
- Strong pipeline judgment, risk identification, and forecasting skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building processes in a scaling environment.
- Commitment to direct feedback and developing team members.
