What you'll do

- Lead technical discovery, prototype solutions, and help debug complex issues when needed.
- Build reusable playbooks, starter repositories, integration templates, and a team knowledge base.
- Set team OKRs and operational cadences tied to customer outcomes and product adoption.
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering; travel to customer sites as needed (25–50%).
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing role.
- 2+ years of people management experience in a services, post-sales, or FDE organization.
- Experience building an organization or team from 0 to 1.
- Experience delivering technical implementations for enterprise customers and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Able to move between executive-level discussions and hands-on technical work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
