Own day-to-day fulfillment and distribution performance across AG1’s EMEA and APAC carrier and 3PL network. This senior individual-contributor role is accountable for partner relationships, integrations, KPIs, operational issue resolution, and data-led improvements.

What you'll do
- Manage carrier and 3PL relationships, negotiate rates, and oversee SLA performance.
- Lead carrier, 3PL, and systems onboarding and migrations through go-live.
- Track fulfillment and delivery KPIs and develop analysis to support network and carrier decisions.
- Resolve urgent carrier and 3PL issues, including tracking discrepancies.
- Support retail, marketing, and B2B fulfillment needs.
- Plan peak-season carrier capacity, communications, and escalations.
- Work with Finance, Tech/Data, and Logistics Coordinators on shared initiatives.
- Identify network risks, particularly across APAC.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in last-mile, parcel, or 3PL fulfillment operations in e-commerce, D2C, or CPG.
- Direct ownership of carrier and 3PL relationships across multiple regions.
- Experience with EMEA and APAC operational and customs requirements.
- Ability to build and interpret delivery and fulfillment data analysis.
- Experience onboarding or migrating carriers or systems, from validation through go-live.
- Able to own a function end to end as a senior individual contributor.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and English communication skills.
- Advanced Excel or data-tooling skills; degree in supply chain, logistics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce, carrier integrations, or ERP/order systems such as NetSuite.
- An additional European or Asian language.
