What you'll do
- Hire and lead first-line managers who build regional pre-sales Applied AI Architect teams.
- Set team goals and performance expectations with sales leadership.
- Sponsor strategic customers and advise on AI adoption, use-case scoping, and pilot execution.
- Develop account strategies and adoption approaches across industries and markets.
- Help customers address regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and DORA.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and resolve adoption blockers.
- Represent Anthropic at customer engagements, conferences, and technical workshops.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of technical pre-sales management experience, including second-line leadership.
- Experience selling complex technical products to large enterprises across relevant regional markets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments.
- Ability to lead and scale teams and processes in fast-moving environments.
- Strong executive presence, communication, collaboration, and coaching skills.
- Familiarity with LLM architecture and operation.
Nice to have
- 5+ years leading large, distributed solution architect teams through hypergrowth.
- Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese in addition to English.
- Experience building go-to-market frameworks for consumption-based business models.
- Hands-on AI platform and enterprise integration experience, including €10M+ evaluations.
- Experience with regulated industries and risk, compliance, and works council stakeholders.
