What you'll do

  • Coach and develop a team of Associates and Team Leads
  • Enforce quality control processes and SLA management
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for operational performance
  • Bridge communication between Customer Success and Product/Engineering teams
  • Lead projects to improve and scale team processes
  • Maintain SOPs to ensure consistent operation
  • Manage escalations involving complex transaction issues
  • Assist in capacity planning based on new client onboardings
