What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop Recruiting Coordinators across San Francisco and New York.
- Forecast coordinator staffing needs, hire and onboard coordinators, and support their career development.
- Assign and rebalance coordinator coverage across recruiters and hiring teams.
- Set scheduling SLAs and service standards; monitor interviewer capacity and availability.
- Lead process, reporting, tooling, automation, and AI improvements for recruiting operations.
- Maintain the coordination handbook and represent the team in recruiting leadership discussions.
- Own job opening and publishing workflows, and maintain accurate ATS data and interview plans.
- Ensure onsite interviews run smoothly, including candidate travel and budgets.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of recruiting or recruiting operations experience, including 2+ years managing Recruiting Coordinators.
- Use scheduling data and metrics to make capacity, quality, and staffing decisions.
- Experience coordinating with executives and supporting confidential hiring.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing coordinators.
Nice to have
- Coordination experience at a fast-growing tech company, especially with technical interview loops.
- Experience leading teams across multiple offices or managing contract or agency coordination support.
- Experience using AI and automation to reduce routine coordination work.
- Recruiting operations or program management experience.
