What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters supporting Sales roles.
- Build scalable recruiting strategies, structured interviews, and hiring frameworks across APJ markets.
- Advise Sales leaders on talent needs, market conditions, and hiring trade-offs.
- Partner with Legal, Compensation, People, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Finance on hiring and workforce planning.
- Recruit senior and specialized Sales roles as needed.
- Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
- Embed equitable practices in recruiting and hiring decisions.
What we're looking for
- Experience developing recruiting teams for Sales or go-to-market organizations across multiple APJ countries.
- Ability to build trust with senior Sales leaders while remaining hands-on in recruiting.
- Experience sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for senior, specialized, and quota-carrying Sales roles.
- Ability to use data and analytics to guide recruiting strategy and communicate impact.
- Experience discussing variable compensation and on-target earnings across markets.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and collaborating remotely across time zones.
Nice to have
- Multilingual ability or recruiting experience in Japan, India, or other APJ markets.
