What you'll do

• Lead and support engineers in Marketing and Consumer Privacy pillars.
• Establish an operating model for the team and clarify priorities.
• Partner with Product Manager and technical leads for roadmap execution.
• Guide engineering strategy across various domains like web experimentation and privacy.
• Build partnerships across multiple teams for clear ownership.
• Enable privacy-aware engineering solutions.
• Hold the team accountable for delivering quality solutions.

• Strong software engineering foundation and technical judgment.
• Ability to translate product priorities into engineering plans.
