What you'll do
- Manage and allocate work for Solutions Architects, ensuring successful customer outcomes.
- Guide the design and delivery of solutions using Grafana technologies.
- Develop customer education programs and promote observability best practices.
- Advise on sales strategies that improve adoption, renewals, and revenue.
- Build customer relationships and develop referenceable advocates.
- Contribute directly to technical work while managing team operations.
- Create Statements of Work, resource customer projects, and manage escalations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services leadership.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years managing a Solutions Architecture team in a related field.
- 5+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications.
- 3+ years of experience with infrastructure, database, application, or networking architecture.
- 2+ years in technology/software presales or technical consulting.
- Located in CST.
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
- Strong customer and executive presentation, communication, and writing skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, shell scripting, and APIs.
Nice to have
- Experience building or maintaining observability solutions.
- Background in observability or monitoring.
