What you'll do
- Set team strategy, priorities, and operating model; translate organizational goals into measurable programs.
- Manage and coach the team, including through another people leader.
- Identify friction in SA workflows and scale tools, practices, and operating models across regions.
- Coordinate with Product, GTM, Engineering, Enablement, and Operations teams.
- Prioritize initiatives using qualitative and quantitative evidence; measure adoption and impact.
- Establish ownership, governance, and support models for successful initiatives.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in GTM program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
- 3+ years directly managing and developing teams, including managing through another people leader.
- Experience setting portfolio strategy and delivering measurable programs in ambiguous global environments.
- Strong communication, data analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience scaling AI or automation opportunities with measurable workflow or productivity improvements.
Nice to have
- Leadership experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or technical GTM transformation.
- Fintech, financial services, payments, or regulated-technology expertise.
- Experience scaling global GTM functions across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Experience taking field ideas from experimentation through adoption and long-term ownership.
