What you'll do
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across AMER
- Join customer and prospect meetings with the team
- Coach, mentor, hire, and support career development
- Define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategy with cross-functional partners
- Build programs to scale the team and increase customer impact
- Monitor team performance and help consultants exceed goals
What we're looking for
- 3+ years managing Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers, with accountability for performance, coaching, and feedback
- 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience in SaaS, such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, or Sales
- Experience designing strategic programs and contributing as a hands-on problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communication with practitioner and executive audiences
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support
Nice to have
- Practical experience using or working with Figma
- Experience working across multiple time zones
- Knowledge of light scripting, querying, or prototyping
