What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Partner Managers
• Translate strategy into portfolio plans and measurable goals
• Oversee partner portfolio health and strategy prioritization
• Build relationships across various departments for alignment
• Define and track success metrics for partnerships
• Serve as point of escalation for complex partner issues
• Evolve organization by improving processes and clarifying roles

What we're looking for

• 12+ years in partnerships, focused on product or ecosystem partnerships
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience influencing product strategy and execution
• Ability to execute on both short-term needs and long-term strategy

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS partnership strategies
• Track record of building partnerships during rapid growth
• Familiarity with managing high-touch product partnerships
