What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 program or project managers.
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority data center builds.
- Coordinate internal engineering teams, vendors, construction partners, and global suppliers.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and executive decision-making sessions.
- Maintain portfolio schedules, dependencies, risks, and program health in Smartsheet and Jira Plans.
- Communicate infrastructure milestones and risks through clear executive updates.
- Standardize program governance, templates, and delivery practices.
What we're looking for
- 12+ years of technical or infrastructure-focused program management experience.
- 2+ years of formal people management experience.
- Expert proficiency with Smartsheet and Jira Plans for portfolio and dependency management.
- Understanding of data center deployments, network topology, power and cooling, and AI/cloud infrastructure.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, coaching, and change-management skills.
- Able to balance people leadership with hands-on program execution.
