Support the growth of Hooks & Needles, a crochet and knitting brand, across product development, customer feedback, market research, community, and marketing. This hands-on freelance/B2B role focuses on keeping brand projects organized, improving products and customer experience, and using AI tools to work more efficiently.

What you'll do

• Help develop and improve products, and review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify product and customer-experience improvements.
• Research crochet and knitting trends, products, and brand opportunities.
• Support product-related customer questions and monitor online communities.
• Help execute marketing campaigns, source creative content, and support product storytelling.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, and everyday tasks.

What we're looking for

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy, independent, adaptable, curious, and receptive to feedback.
• Available for at least five hours during typical EET working hours.
• Able to work remotely on a freelance or B2B basis with valid self-employment documentation.

Nice to have

• Crochet or knitting knowledge.
• Experience in e-commerce, product development, or brand management.
