What you'll do
- Build and maintain the marketing stack, integrations, and automations.
- Publish and manage webpages and landing pages; run A/B tests.
- Own small channel experiments from hypothesis through write-up.
- Support community event logistics, speaker coordination, communications, and data collection.
- Pressure-test marketing messages against the experience of data-curious users.
What we're looking for
- Be data-curious, technically fearless, resourceful, and comfortable learning independently.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively in a remote, async culture.
- Have experience in analytics, operations, support, consulting, engineering, product, or marketing.
- Be comfortable with SQL or have used Metabase.
- Be fluent with AI tools and know when to apply them.
Nice to have
- Experience using Metabase or strong opinions about BI tools.
- Experience building integrations or automations with APIs, webhooks, or MCPs.
