What you'll do
- Validate print, digital, and broadcast media content against client briefs and editorial guidelines
- Write English summaries and digests from English or other European-language content
- Build and maintain media monitoring search queries and keyword strategies
- Produce reports, dashboards, presentations, and client-facing media analysis
- Analyze data using Excel and Power BI, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work
- Support client projects and workflows with internal teams
- Monitor service quality and escalate delivery risks
What we're looking for
- Experience with media content validation, editorial summaries, or media monitoring
- Fluent written and spoken English plus at least one additional European language
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams
- Experience using Google Search and online research tools
Nice to have
- Experience building Boolean queries or media monitoring searches
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or client presentations
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros or automation
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Background in media analytics, editorial workflows, or customer reporting
