Operations & Partnerships

What you'll do

• Manage model partners end to end across modalities, from sourcing through launch
• Monitor the model landscape and identify potential partners for integration
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate deal closure with Legal and Finance
• Serve as the partner’s main contact through launch, working with Engineering
• Build partner relationships and pursue early access, favorable terms, and joint launches
• Track relationship health, usage, spend, and margins; recommend where to invest or renegotiate
• Coordinate co-marketing for model launches
• Create frameworks and tools to scale partnership operations

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, go-to-market, consulting, or founding/operating roles
• Track record of owning outcomes end to end, including deals, integrations, and launches
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements, preferably usage-based, API, or platform deals
• Strong interest in generative AI and familiarity with AI labs and new models
• Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication, resourcefulness, and ability to work autonomously amid ambiguity
