What you'll do
- Design and implement a next-generation data platform
- Work with cross-functional teams to architect solutions
- Define and maintain data ingestion and storage guidelines
- Develop end-to-end solutions across the tech stack
- Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML teams
- Act as a key decision-maker for data architectures
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in data engineering or architecture
- 5+ years at the Principal Engineer level
- Experience with large-scale data infrastructures
- Proficiency with cloud platforms and big data services
- Strong background in data governance and security
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership mindset with mentorship experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science preferred
