What you'll do

• Review season storylines and episode scripts; approve them or provide actionable feedback.
• Set visual styles and guide AI video creators on cinematography, performance, lighting, and emotional delivery.
• Review footage and edits, provide prioritized feedback, and approve final episodes.
• Improve production workflows and speed without sacrificing quality.
• Use audience feedback and retention data to improve future episodes.

What we're looking for

• Experience directing or filmmaking, ideally in film, television, serialized drama, or narrative short-form video.
• Strong storytelling instincts and cinematic judgment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Attention to detail, clear feedback, and sound creative judgment in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience directing drama, romance, thrillers, soap operas, or telenovelas.
• Experience with AI filmmaking tools such as Kling, Runway, or Seedance.
• Experience leading creative production teams.
• Understanding of audience retention and performance-driven storytelling.
