Motion Designer

About this role

Create motion and visual design across Proton’s products, website, brand, and marketing campaigns. The role combines product animations and web interactions with social and campaign content, while helping establish reusable motion principles and systems.

What you'll do

• Define Proton’s motion direction across product, web, and brand.
• Design and animate web experiences, micro-interactions, and product animations.
• Create motion and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, and the website.
• Develop motion guidelines and reusable animation systems.
• Deliver projects independently and collaborate across teams.
• Build performant web animations using formats such as SVG, Lottie, and WebM.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of graphic or motion design experience in an agency or in-house.
• Ability to create motion, interaction, or animated visuals within an established brand identity.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
• Able to explain design decisions and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work primarily from the office.
