What we're looking for
- Graduate/Engineer in relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in network operations
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of incident-management principles
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift model

- ITIL V4 Foundation certification
- Networking certification (CCNA/JNCIA)
