What you'll do
- Guide customers and team members through standard and complex offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Product, Legal, and customer service colleagues to resolve queries.
- Manage small bulk offboardings of five or more team members.
- Meet weekly service goals, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Improve playbooks and workflows, maintain accurate platform records, and contribute to knowledge resources.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer service or customer-facing operations, with HR or People Operations experience.
- Experience handling complex employee lifecycle cases and group transitions.
- Experience supporting multiple countries or employment jurisdictions; EMEA exposure is preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, prioritisation, attention to detail, and judgement with confidential information.
- Fluent English and ability to work within UTC 0 to UTC +3.

- Experience using AI or automation to improve HR workflows.
