What you'll do
- Review account activity and payment approval requests; approve or escalate based on risk.
- Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns using analysis tools.
- Apply relevant regulatory requirements in daily operations.
- Suggest, document, and share process improvements.
- Work with product, support, and business teams to balance risk and user experience.
What we're looking for
