What you'll do
- Drive workflow adoption and measurable value for named accounts
- Manage renewal risk and contribute to predictable renewal and expansion pipeline
- Create mutual success plans and present ROI in business reviews
- Consult on use cases and identify workflow opportunities
- Coordinate with Services on complex implementations
- Help develop customer programs that improve adoption and business outcomes
What we're looking for
- Experience driving adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
- Strong discovery, workflow mapping, and implementation-planning skills
- Able to configure and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows
- Commercial awareness and account-strategy collaboration skills
- Strong program and stakeholder management
- Fluent in German and English
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and experimentation
Nice to have
- Customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy experience
- Experience managing flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts
- Experience with shared account ownership across sales and post-sales teams
- Experience creating scalable customer programs or playbooks
