What you'll do
- Review legal materials and QA demand letters and notice packages before counsel review.
- Coordinate counsel reviews, redlines, package readiness, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain case status, updates, ledgers, and milestone tracking throughout each case lifecycle.
- Manage claimant outreach workflows and coordinate data collection with Marketing and Ops.
- Coordinate payout workflows and track outreach performance.
What we're looking for
- Legal background through paralegal certification, law school, or equivalent litigation experience.
- Experience working with US law.
- Five or more years in project/program management, operations, paralegal, or case management roles.
- Proficiency with AI tools and modern work platforms.
- Comfort with structured data and spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Complex litigation or mass arbitration experience.
