Partner Account Manager - North Virginia

Build and grow referral partnerships that help Human Interest reach small and medium-sized businesses with retirement plans. The role focuses on partner sales, lead generation, and go-to-market execution across the North Virginia territory.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with technology and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors serving SMBs
• Build referral networks and identify new partnership and lead-generation opportunities
• Resolve partnership issues in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
• Coordinate partner marketing initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars
• Set partner goals and performance metrics, then execute go-to-market and demand-generation plans

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining SMB partner relationships, including territory sales or business development
• Proven success in a quota-driven sales environment
• Able to work independently, build trusted relationships, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to manage operational partnership issues
• Ability to work in the field 3 days per week
