What you'll do
- Maintain partner data governance, attribution rules, dashboards, and reporting in Salesforce.
- Manage deal registration, partner applications, onboarding, tiering, certification, and MDF processes.
- Help establish partner enablement foundations and track adoption and partner outcomes.
- Operationalize partner discounts, quoting, transactions, incentives, and support processes.
- Administer the partner platform and lead its migration with IT and RevOps.
- Track program KPIs and provide recommendations for internal reviews and partner QBRs.
- Automate manual processes using Salesforce flows and partner-platform workflows.
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years in partner, sales, or revenue operations supporting a channel or partner program.
- Advanced Salesforce skills, including reports, dashboards, flows, and data hygiene.
- Hands-on experience with deal registration, tiering, onboarding, or MDF.
- Ability to identify and fix root causes in data.
- Comfort working across multiple partner types and stakeholder groups.
- Clear written English and ability to document processes and challenge inaccurate data.
Nice to have
- Experience with PRM platforms and platform migrations or systems consolidation.
- Experience working US business hours from outside the US.
- Background in cloud infrastructure, storage, or technical B2B.
