About this role

Own Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network specializations program, from setting qualification standards to running reviews and renewals. Scale the program across the wider partner network while coordinating the teams that deliver its benefits and maintaining consistent, evidence-based decisions.

About the company

Anthropic builds reliable and interpretable AI systems, including the Claude family of models, for businesses and developers. The company focuses on AI safety research and practical AI assistants for enterprise and consumer use.

What you'll do

  • Define and maintain specialization requirements, evidence standards, and partner benefits.
  • Run evaluation cycles, review evidence, and document qualification decisions.
  • Communicate decisions and improvement guidance to partner executives and internal account teams.
  • Choose and launch new specializations based on customer demand, partner readiness, and company priorities.
  • Coordinate marketing, directory, field enablement, technical support, and partner learning benefits.
  • Build renewal, remediation, appeals, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Scale reviews using Claude and automation, and maintain partner-facing and internal guidance.

What we're looking for

  • Owned an external-facing program with published requirements and completed at least one evaluation, qualification, or renewal cycle.
  • Made decisions against a written standard and communicated declines to senior external stakeholders.
  • Regularly used CRM or PRM data, such as Salesforce reports or a partner portal.
  • Strong writing skills for clear requirements, decision memos, and partner guidance.
  • Led deadline-driven work across teams that you did not manage.
  • Able to work effectively while processes and details are evolving.
  • Enthusiasm for Anthropic’s mission to develop safe and beneficial AI.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing or running a technology partner competency, specialization, or credential program.
  • Experience with systems integrators or consulting partners, either at a vendor or within a partner firm.
  • SQL or BI skills to extract and validate program data.
  • Experience taking a program from initial launch to repeatable operations.
  • Experience launching a public program with marketing and communications teams.
  • Technical depth to assess evidence of software or AI deployments.
  • Experience in regulated or specialized industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
  • Experience designing partner incentives or building AI workflows with Claude or similar tools.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours
  • Generous vacation and parental leave
  • Optional equity donation matching
